The County of San Bernardino Workforce Investment Board has
partnered with the Inland Empire Small Business Development Center to provide businesses that are located in
San Bernardino County with a free business anlaysis.
The first step in this process is to attend one of the following webinars and become familiar with
the X-Ray self-assessment tool. If you decide that you want to proceed with the process, then you will
receive your own copy of the X-Ray. The X-Ray will help you to assess your current operations, and
identify areas and processes within your business that need improvement.
After completing the self-assessment, you can meet with a SBDC business consultant in a confidential
one-on-one setting to discuss your findings, and begin to develop a plan of action to address the
identified areas.
